This online course covers the theory and application for resistance and assistance work with the MyStrengthAbility strap.

It will cover the theory behind resistance work and why this tool is so handy for any home practice or any assistance work to improve technique, alignment, movement, strength, mobility and breath.

The course takes place over 3 months, covering 3 modules, starting April-June. We will come together in bimonthly Zoom meetings to practice and talk.

Your access starts April 1st. After the end of the course your access remains till the end of the year.
What is the advantage of taking this course?
Learning and evolving is key for any yoga teacher. This course will shine light on the theory behind resistance work and why this tool is so handy for any home practice or any assistance work to improve technique, alignment, movement, strength, mobility and breath. We learn the science of lengthening and strengthening as well as anatomy and alignment on the way. This course is YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continues Education Program) registered and you receive a 15 hours non-contact education diploma at the end of the course. These hours you can register with Yoga Alliance. You will feel confident to work with the MSA tool after taking this course and you are also able to offer MyStrengthAbility classes.
