Why adding a resistance tool to the practice of Yoga?
The MSA™ (My-strength-ability) is a 3-in-1 resistance belt designed by physiotherapist and yoga teacher Stefanie Zimmermann Castson. The multifunctional use of this strap allows for specific targeting of strength but mostly ability to access that body part in a smart way so it serves to dig deeper in ones’ Yoga or movement practice.
In this class we will target the core and legs!
We move through Yoga sequences, in which we apply the resistance work with the MSATM.
The sessions are recommended for all who want to know more about their body and the stability required to gain ability in a Yoga Asana Practice.
