This movement Asana series is simply, but consistently built. It is designed to engage you into a practice, during one month, with one practice per week to repeat as many times as you like, in your own home and completely self paced!

Each practice is 30 Minutes long, starts standing, contains 6 sets and ends supine, in a resting corpse pose.

The four practices build on each other.

Health through motion is my passion. After I became a trained physiotherapist in 2003, I directed my skills toward preventive health. Yoga was the perfect way for me to evolve in that direction. Ever since because I learned the craft in Vancouver, it has been a part of my daily life. Today, as head of Health & Yoga Switzerland, I organise health and yoga events, work as a physiotherapist and yoga therapist, and teach yoga both locally and nationally.
